So, I've been trying to figure this problem out for a while.

I've been reading about people really liking mlmac, but when I tried to install it (version 0.7.5), it repeatedly comes back with the message "No Internet access! mlMac needs to install the mlnet daemon, but is unable to connect to the Internet. This installation is mandatory, so mlMac will now quit. Please make sure that you are connected to the Internet before launching mlMac.", then I hit the"OK" button, and it quits. So obviously I'm either doing something wrong or the app is buggy.

I then tried using mldonkey through something called sancho, because when I tried to use cocodonkey, when I brought up the File menu on top, the "Preferences" option was grayed out i.e. not selectable, which meant that I couldn't point it towards the mldonkey file it needs. No idea why. So I'm trying to use sancho, but when I double click on a download, it goes to my transfer menu but does absolutely nothing. I've been checking back on one download for five hours and nothing has happened.

I'd love for someone to tell me what I'm doing wrong, if I'm doing anything wrong, etc. I'm running 10.5.6 on a MacBook, and I don't have any free space issues.

Thanks.

p.s. sorry for the long post, but I know that details are important to solutions. :D
