problem with my lcd screen.

Hi, i just need some help. i have my iphone 4 for 5 months now and so far i don't have any problem except just only now, when i opened my phone and saw nothing on the screen but lines horizontally and it faded and becoming darker. i tried to turn it on & off but nothing happen. what do you think is the problem?
looking for an answers. thank you

Backup and restore. If that doesn't work, it may need to be replaced. Call AppleCare to check warranty status.
