Problem with my Volume rockers and Power button?

So its been a couple of times that Ive notice that my volume button and sleep/wake button are getting pressed on their own (don't know how to phrase this better sorry) But basically, a couple of times (like maybe 3 times this week) when I turned the volume down a notch or two, like 2 seconds later, the volume went down completely as if I was pressing the button. And today i was using my phone, put it down and it then showed the "slide to turn off" as if I had pressed the sleep button continuously. Pretty Weird

Its not a big issue since it happened only about 3-4 times this week but does anyone know why this is happening? Anybody had the same issue? Should I see the Apple Store about it??
