Problem with my website on mac

An Indian company just finished my new website : www.minifa​ce.me, it's working well on PC but there is a problem on Mac: photos can not be uploaded in the order form page.

This web-building company asked me to contact the mac assistance to get some codes which they need to run the website well on mac. Any ideas what the codes are? i really don't know nothing about programming....

When you say the website is not coming up on the mac, what browsers did you use on the mac. Safari, FireFox, Opera etc?

it's the same problem on firefox and safari, i didn't try with opera
