Hi,

I'm newish here and have just got my self a 2010 Macbook Pro (first Mac ever :))

im trying to get the Mac to read my external hard drive but having a problem getting it to how up.

It is formatted in NTFS thats why im using NTFS-3G as was told that it should work.

Once i plug the drive in and after about 1/2mins i get this message.

Tuxera NTFS could not mount /dev/disk1s1 at /Volumes/Itunes because the following problem occurred: tuxera_ntfs: Failed to access volume '/dev/rdisk1s1': No such file or directory tuxera_ntfs 2013.2 external FUSE 27 - High Performance NTFS Driver [built on Oct 14 2013 12:15:15 with USE_CBCIO USE_ALIGNED_IO USE_LOCK]

Any idea people????

If you need more info let me know.

Or anything else i could try to get NTFS drive to read/write on my Mac.

Thanks.
