Problem with OSX after installing Vista w/ Bootstrap

Note: I mean Bootcamp

Currently running Vista with Bootcamp on my MBP.
Vista side runs fine but when I run OSX I have a few problems.
It sometimes freezes up while it boot ups.
Sometimes it does boot up and after running I will let it go to idle.
When I try to wake it, it will freeze up.

Does anyone know what the problem is?
