Problem with Parallels and Ethernet Driver

For some reason every time I install windows on my Mac Pro it installs without the ability to connect to the internet. When I go to the device manager, the ethernet controller has no driver.

Has anyone else had this problem and/or know how to fix it?
 
If anyone else ever has this problem, I was able to fix it by installing Parallels tools.
