hey guys,

basically in some cases my dialogue partner won’t understand me or just some parts of my sentence (like i don’t have signal and it’s checked off).

What can it be? Voice messages are totally fine.
Can Apple repair it or will they replace my device?

Thanks!

I had a similar situation and went to the Genius Bar. It passed all of their internal testing but they swapped out my phone for a new regardless and problem solved. No amount of cleaning the mics ports or resets fixed it.

Ok, sounds good. Hopefully they can fix it as this is really annoying.
I have some scratches on my display. Will this be a problem?

My mother had the same issue with her 6s... Exact same outcome as yours... Tests passed... Device swapped...

Didn’t she has to restore the iPhone first? Just a swapped device instantly?

She dealt with customer service on the phone a few times, a local apple certified repair place a few times and then I travelled 5 hours to the nearest Apple store... It was past the two years apple care but Apple has such great customer service that after all her ordeal, they swapped it for another one... Not sure if it mattered but within our family we always buy our apple products directly from apple... They've always been amazing with us whenever we contacted them for anything...

My wife had the exact experience with her 6s. One reset by the Genius behind the secret doors. Reappeared in a month. Replaced. :apple:

I've just summed it up to typical iPhone cell phone performance. In my experience it sucks more often than not.
