Problem with Phone App this morning

I went to call my girlfriend this morning and the call went through but I heard nothing. No ring, nothing from her end. Im showing a full 5 bars and she says when she picks up she can hear me. I tried this on both of her numbers and still the same result. The speaker is working for other apps but nothing for the phone app, not even headphones. Anyone ever have this problem?

My phone is a 3G with 2.0.1...
