I want to reduce the dimensions of a .mov (quicktime) file on my HTML page in GoLive CS2. When I grab the bottom right corner of the video frame and proportionally reduce it, though, it crops the screen while it shrinks it. Edges on all sides are cut off substantially. How do I reduce the frame size without it cropping?

I tried that, but it didn't work. The original pixel dimensions are 960x736. Switching to percent mode in the Inspector, those translate to 142% x 119%. Any reduction of those percentages also crops the frame instead of simply reducing it.

Ideally, I want this movie frame to be 570-600 pixels wide and proportionally high.
