Problem with Reply in Mail (4.5)

This am when I tried to reply to a message received, the box came up with the message and the cursor set for my reply, but there was no menu at the top of the message including the send icon. Happened once before but went away on its own. Now it's back. Help please.

Look for a little button in the top right and click it.

Thanks. That was a "duh" moment. I don't remember ever using that button before. Must have clicked it by mistake (or she who must be obeyed did).
