Problem with safari on MBP

I have noticed for the last week that every time I go on the apple site my computer has the spinning ball. Which is strange as I have 4 gigs of ram on my 17" 2.6 MBP. It was fine when I had just two gigs of ram. I am wondering if bad ram can be the cause.


If anyone can advice I would be really obliged.
