I bought a new Macbook Pro a few months ago and all was going fine until I discovered a problem with the screen. Basically a mark shows up only when the screen is dark in that area. Seeing as I watch a lot of movies and do photo editing I can imagine it starting to be a pain! It dosn't show up at all when the screen is light. It dosn't show up when the screen is turned off, eg when sleeping, only if I for example open a movie which starts as a black screen, and move it over to the problem area. Its like a dark red mark inside the screen.
Would I have to take it to the Mac store? It was the upgraded model from the internet store so i'm worried they'll have to send it away and i'll have to wait ages for it to return, not what I need now in my busiest time of uni!
