Problem with screen

My MacBook starts when powered op with 20% image, starting at te top and gradually (10min) to full screen.
I tested if this could be the flat cable but it seems ok.
External monitor tested, all good, no problems..
The strange thing is that is resolves after apex 10 min..
Anyone a suggestion?
