Problem with screenflow.

how do you convert the video file that screen flow produces to a usable format? is there some software or something? and please dont say put it in imovie because you cant put that format into imovie. thanks in advance.

maybe try exporting it with quick time pro?

try ⌘E then go to the type of device that you want to produce it for the default is web.

All you do is click "export" and it saves as MOV file? Is that not useable for you? Did you need a different format?
