iPod touch Problem with setting up VPN

Hey so I use a VPN and i wanted to get internet on my iTouch, when i go to set it up I have the Account name and Password of my VPN, problem is I don't know what to put in the "Server" field.
Does anyone know what I can enter in that field, or where I can get the info for the server from?
