Problem with the Apple 22" Cinema Display

Hi, i am trying to connect Apple 22'' cinema display ( acrylic) through dvi to adc connector with a windows running pc with ATI 9600 video card. Will it work ? I still get nothing in the screen. There is power and sound on the screen but no image. what should i do? ATI Catalyst control center recognizes the screen .
