problem with the wireless and upper task bar

hi all,

i hope u can help me in this problem when im using my mac book sometimes the wireless sign disappears then appears again continually then its stays good for like two hours then it do the same again and the other laptops on the same wireless network like me don't lose their signal but lately the signal disappeared with the battery and speakers sign and when i click on their place they appear again.

so i dunno is this a problem with the wireless on my laptop or with the same whole task bar

please help me if u know anything about this problem
