Problem with trackpad on macbook - clicking but not working

It's almost as the trackpad is slightly pushed down in the lower parts, and it's easy to push it down to get the "click", but it doesn't do anything in osx, like it doesn't get registered at all. To click on the upper parts i have to push down quite hard, which is registered and works.

Any suggestions ?

There's probably some crap under the trackpad blocking the button.

You can clean it yourself, or your local Apple store should be able to do it for you.
