Problem with tuxera NTFS

HI GUYS
I've got a problem with my tuxera ntfs 2013.2!!!
when I want to format my 16 GB flash driver to ntfs, it takes about 5 min to do that but on my windows laptop or with paragon I can format it in less than 30 seconds!!
why? can i speed it up with tuxera?
it stucks on "creating NTFS file system on /dev/disk1s1..." and takes about 5 min!!!

Sounds like a driver issue, I'd not worry about the performance as long as it works.

Paragon is a good alternative, and what I recommend.
