problem with unlocked iphone 4

hallo!
i unlocked my iphone4 with ultrasn0w, since i upgrated it from cydia at 1.1,
sometimes when i switch off and then turn on it says "sim card not valid" so i have to restore network settings and it works...
why sometimes it says sim card not valid? is there something i can do to solve this problems?

Happened to my iPhone 4 jailbreak as well. However when i bump to such situation i just switch on the airplane mode and off it to make sure the phone goes to searching for network. Hope Ultrasnow could fix it in future. Better still they made a brute force unlocking method.

Unless you can hack into Apple's unlock server, we're stuck with the software unlock.
