Problem with uploaded file (Form) in combination with reCAPTCHA

Hi,

I have a strange problem, which only occurs in Safari browser.
When submitting a form after entering a wrong reCAPTCHA you will see an error page.
When you click on the backbutton all the data you entered is still there (which is good). Also the filename is still in the box but for some reason the file itself is not rembered by Safari.

Anyone knows how to fix that?
