Hi,
I am about to buy a Macbook Air 13", but recently ive heard and read there are different problems with the USB ports in this type of Macs.

one of the problems which frightens me the most is that the USB pins are easily buckled when pushed even a little wrong (when trying to insert the USB device) - is it true?? has somebody ever experienced this kind of problem?
the second one, is that the USB ports suddenly just stop functioning, for no specific reason.

above all, my question is: is there a wide and known problem with USB ports in Macbook Air 13" ??

thanks

My wife recently bought a MacBook Air 13" (Late '12) and she's encountered no problems at all with the USB ports. Since she plays the game "The Sims" often, she keeps all of the game items on an external hard drive so it isn't taking up a large amount of space on her SSD; meaning she plugs in and unplugs the external hard drive via USB often.
