Hello there, I realise this might look terrible as it's my first post but I've been reading posts on the forum for a while now and tonight I ran into a problem with the remote disc function on my MBA so after fidgeting with the remote disc function for ages and not getting it back to work I decided to ask for help here.
I'm running lion and have the latest update (10.7) on a new MBA on which, up till today, the remote disc function worked fine with my PC running W7. However as you may suspect from the title it no longer works, whenever I use the "Ask to use" button it keeps asking for about 5 minutes at which point my MBA tells me my request has been denied. On the PC end of things I see that the process for the dvd-sharing function is running but the window to allow my MBA to use the dvd-drive never shows.
Some (possibly) related information is that it was working fine before I installed the iCloud update and for as far as I know nothing's changed on my PC since the last time it worked. I also tried disabling windows firewall (the one on my MBA was already disabled) which had no effect either.
My question is if there's anyone with the same experience or any tips on how I might be able to fix said problem.

I should add that I google'd quite a bit but to no avail, so either I'm really bad at google or the answer isn't there.
