problem with xp in parallels

I'm running XP Pro in parallels on my 1.5 ghz solo mini. I installed a copy of Empire Earth 2 in Windows. When I try to run it it says "Enable Direct3D Accelleration" and quits. Is This a problem with my mini or a setting in Windows and how do I fix it?

Parallels does not support 3D acceleration in the guest OS, so until they do you're SOL.
