hey so i tried updating my ipod touch and after it updated it keeps showing the busy loadng circle. it goes away after like 5 minutes but then it comes back again right away. i tried to restore my ipod touch but same problem again. any help would greatly be appreciated in solving this. also where do you get teh summerboard app?

Id say restore one more time, you should be able to, as I have not heard of a single case of bricking an iPod touch.

And towards your Summerboard question, you must first jailbreak your touch, then add Community Sources in installer, then install the correct version.

Let me know if the restore worked.

its actually fixed now, i just had to restore it 4 times, but its working now. no idea why it works now and not before
