Problemm with SB Reboot

HI. im using IPAD2 with IOS 4.3.2 and its jailbreaked. I have SpringBoard installed. Usually i used the function Respring without any troubleshoot, but today i pressed REBOOT instead of Respring and my ipad got stucked in the animation of the white cirle. I cant restart it pressing the power button for 15 or more seconds. Any idea how can I start my ipad again. it has been stucked there for 3 hours? What does the REBOOT function does to my files ??
