Problems adding http://apt.modmyi.com repo

So I was having problems installing "notifiedapp notify bar". I kept getting a forbidden error. So I read on another site that the solution for this would be to log into the phone via iPhone Explorer program on my PC, and to delete all sources (located: var / lib / apt / lists )

I did that, rebooted, and when I go into cydia now, there are no sources. When trying to add http://apt.modmyi.com, I get a "did not find repository" error.

Any ideas? I'm having no damn luck with this stuff
