problems after screen replacement

I replaced a broken screen on my friends 3gs, all went well until she tried to put her code in to unlock, heres what happened http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=azMP-YmnxTI
ive replaced a few screens in my time but never seen this, do you think they sent me a 3g screen? also connector number two seems a little loose
any ideas?

You either have a faulty screen or you have damaged it or the connector. You would find it hard to put in wrong screen - connector totally different.
