okay so i updated my iphone from 1.1.3 to 1.1.4 but now my wifi doesnt work and my background(the slide to unlock one) cant be changed. Its not jailbroken or anything. any suggestions?

and what baseband do you have to be in the 1.1.4 and if anyone knows in the new one 2.0?
