Problems Backing Up

Hey

I have a jailbroken 2.2 iPhone 3G, that is having trouble backing up. iTunes says that the backup could not be completed, due to the iPhone being disconnected. I'm using Windows Vista, iPhone jailbreaked by QuickPwn

Anyone else experiencing this?
