Problems changing my keyboard theme. 3GS iOS4

I'm trying to change my keyboard theme and have tried the instructions in the following videos but it doesn't work;

Whenever I try to add the source that it tells me, I just get the following message;

Can anyone help please?
 
Fair enough. Is there any other way of changing my keyboard theme then?
