Problems downgrading to 6

I downgraded to ios 6 and selected restore from backup. Itunes would not let me use my recent backup because it is from version 7. What should I do?

Are there any backups from before you upgraded to iOS 7?

I have a backup before I upgraded and a couple after. You can choose which you want to backup restore to.

Yeah, you should have a backup from when you plugged in to sync before going to 7.0 and then one after you upgraded since it's a different version number...I believe

another question, will I able to update from beta 1 to 2, 3,..etc?

What about iCloud backup?you tried that?
