Can anyone help.

I am having problems securing my airport wireless router. My mac browser does not allow the options needed to complete this process (according to the Belkin helpline). Belkin have told me I need to download a firmware file from their website, but this is a bin file and my stuffit expander will not open it (it 'unexdpectedly quits'). I have tried to get round the browser problem by using Internet Explorer rather than Safari, but IE simply will not open. I get the timer, nothing ever happens and I eventually have to force quit. I only want to secure my wireless internet connection and am getting increasing frustrated both with Belkin and my (relatively new) Powerbook G4, because everything seems to be garder, or take longer, with mac.

Can anyone please help?? I would be very grateful!

I believe the .bin file is the file you are suppose to upload to the router. You don't need to open it any further than it already is on your mac.
