Hey guys, so just got my 17" UMBP in the mail, excited as all can be, : ) however im having trouble getting my pics off my Canon Rebel T1i. Not sure whats going on, but the mac isn't recognizing it. I uploaded the pics to my girlfriends computer yesterday and it was as easy as plugging it in, hitting import and letting it go. Now when i plug it in, it brings up iPhoto, and thats it. no option to import/upload. Its brand new running 10.6. Thanks in advance for any help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

When you loaded the pics to your gf's iMac, are you sure you didn't delete them from the card afterwords?
