Hello,
I have tried to install Windows 7 x64 on my early 2008 iMac. It seems like the install is going just fine, but when I restart my computer Windows is UNGODLY slow to boot up, so I restart in Mac OS X and some how my partition table is all messed up that it won't let me boot into OS X. So I fix the problem by repartitioning to 1 partition and recover from time machine. I did this two times to verify I didn't do something wrong the first time. Just simple bootcamp path. I then decided I'll try installing Vista x64 and then upgrade that to Windows 7 x64, but a similar error happened again, but luckily I was able to boot into Mac OS X, but my Vista partition just doesn't show up to be booted from. I'm thinking there's something wrong with my boot sectors or something. Is there a way to fix this? Or should I try to do a clean install of Snow Leopard and migrate my MBP's files over to my iMac to undo any serious damage and get rid of any issues of settings or something being wrong with my iMac's software.

Edit: Further details - Forgot to mention that lately my CD drive has been acting up and my Mac has been acting VERY sluggish, as in can't really even use things like excel.
