Ive been getting a few little issues since updates releases after the iPad 3 conference. Some of my apps don't show up in the dock when I load them up put the definitely run. Some of the ones that are locked in the dock don't show the orb under neither to indicate that its running. Expierencing this with uTorrent and PS3 media server.
Anyone got any ideas or had similar issues?

Also, when I watch a video with VLC player the dock stays on top of the video and I now have to enable hiding
