I can't seem to get my Sony DR-BT22 to pair sucessfully.

Mine came in the DR-BT22IK kit.

It doesn't appear at all in OS X's Bluetooth setup wizard-but the headset 's lights are blinking as the user manual says.

I've charged it for 3hours.

What could be wrong?

Same here

Were you able to resolve this ?
Am having the exact same issue. Does this model have any compatibility issues ? I guess not.

jeyaganesh, dont post info from 2006!

a2dp support was added in leopard, i got my headset to pair but the audio quality is TERRIBLE (not the headsets fault as it works perfectly with the ipod transmitter)

you have to hold the power button down for seven seconds when you turn on the headphones, until the blue and red lights are both flashing. that puts it in pairing mode. eventually, you should be able to connect it. then you have to go to your bluetooth settings and tell it to use the headset.

I did it

Hi guys,
i just registered to say that its possible.
I do have a BT21 and it was impossible to pair with the macbook pro ( I have the same problem with a mini bluetooth audio system from.. sony).
The message was always the same , something like "the system cannot support this item", but after recognized it.
So, I went to bluetooth configurations instead of running "the air".
After that it was a simple step.
I am listening with them now, the sound is great and the magic mousse is not a problem.
Glad to help and sorry about the english.

From Lisbon, take care!
