I purchased an iPad about a month ago and have run into my first bug. It's the 64GB WiFi version with about 30GB free, running version iOS 3.2.2

I'm a photography enthusiast and have downloaded a good amount of photography training and "tutorial-like" applications off of the AppStore. Some of these applications are:

  • Photo Recipes Live: Behind the Scenes (Scott Kelby)
  • Lights, Camera, Capture (Bob Davis)
  • Rick Sammon's 24/7 Photo Buffet
  • Canon 5D Mark II - Advanced Topics (Blue Crane)
  • Rick Sammon's Light It!

Aside from the two "Rick Sammon" apps, each app is written by a different developer/company and the only thing they all have in common is that they embed several videos throughout the tutorial.

The Problem
At first run, everything is fine: the applications run smoothly and the video plays beautifully. But after I exit the application to do something else; when I return to the application to pick up where I left off, each video that I attempt to play immediately skips to the end of the video clip. It does this for all of the Apps I mentioned above. Also, if video won't play for one app, it won't play for any; which leads me to believe it's an operating system issue.

The only way I can get any of the aforementioned apps to play videos again is by rebooting the iPad. Major hassle if you reference these videos as often as I do.

Does anyone have this problem? Have you been able to resolve it? Any advice would be appreciated.
