Problems Recording Full Screen Games Using Screen on OS X Lion

I just recently bought ScreenFlow and I am running the latest version, 3.0.5, and whenever I record a full screen game, such as The Sims 3, or Star Wars Knights of The Old Republic, all it records is the game audio and the cursor. But when I run the games in windowed mode, it works obviously? Has anybody had any experince with this in the past, or knows how to fix it? Thanks in advance!
