Problems sharing screen on office mac from mac at home

Hi,

I have a mac at office and a mac at home.

If I drive straight home after work and hop on my mac at home, I can share screen no problem.

But after a day or so my connection attempts and screen sharing attempts fail.

Both macs are setup to wake on network access and I have successfully woken up my office mac with screen sharing.

Is there another setting somewhere? I'm no network guy but maybe is there something going on with the wireless network at my office that is throwing a wrench into the mix?
