I have a 1T Time Capsule which i havn't had for long, works fine, i have it connected to my previous router to create a new one(because its better). ive read up a lot about being able to access your own files on a time capsule over the internet. they all say i need to select 'share an IP address' but when i try that i get confused as i asks me for DCHP addresses so i think thats too confusing. i was just wondering if there is a way to connect to my time capsule over the internet but with the time capsule being in bridge mode? i just cant seem to get my head around it, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks :)

Well you said you Time Capsule is in "Bridge Mode" so this tells me you have that Time Capsule behind another router, is that correct?

Plus since you internal network is DHCP and you are not using ANY Static Addresses in your internal network then you need something like DynDNS Updater. Plus do your ISP modem get an DHCP IP Address from the ISP server or a static one?
