Problems trying to reimage MBA 3, 2

I put the USB dongle in the port and reboot but i keep getting a message, "Mac OS X cannot start up from this disk".

What I see is:

MacOS
At least 151.81 GB free
250.14 GB total

And then...

Mac OS X cannot start up from this disk.

What am I doing wrong?
