problems updating an eBay listing...

I am by no means a new eBay user, but am having trouble updating one of my listings. I access the listing, click on edit etc, make my changes, then when i go to save the changes, this message comes up:

"Please provide the correct information in the highlighted fields."

Well, fill in the highlighted fields i hear you all say! However, there are no highlighted fields (there are some with stars next to them, denoting a nescessary field, but they are already filled in), i have gone through it with a fine tooth comb, and come up with nothing...

any suggestions? has anyone else had this problem before?

p.s. i have tried updating on more than one computer, both mac and windows...

It could be that your record has some corruption in the eBay SQL database, so the eBay web site front end has flagged up that some fields are in use although they're really empty. Contact eBay's support department and they should be able to resolve it.
