problems using spirit. Any suggestions?

I keep getting error c0000002. What causes this? I've made sure everything on the computer is updated just like it told me to. I'm kinda stuck. Any ideas? Im using windows vista jailbreaking a 3gs.

try running it in win98 compatibility mode, and make sure you're running as admin.

There is an updated version of Spirit, supposedly this issue is fixed.
