i just got a macbook pro a couple of months ago, just switched over from pc.
i have the OS X 10.5 2.4 GHz with 4GB.
i'm having problems streaming movies online from sites like movie father and 66stage. i'm wondering if i need to download a specific player to stream these movies? i downloaded the veoh player for mac but it still isn't allowing the videos to play. any suggestions?

i have wi fi with telus
i don't know what perian is so i'm assuming that no i do not have it.

Google perian and install it, it is basically a swiss army knife for video, there are very few things that will not play with perian installed.

thank you, another friend also said that i just might be having bad luck with what i'm trying to watch as a lot of these movies get taken down just as fast as they are put up.

I believe that's because most of those "services" are illegal and unreliable
