Hi all,
I've been having some trouble with the way mavericks handles dual monitor use.
I use the Adobe Creative Suite a lot, usually in a way that I have all my panels on my left screen, and my documents on the right one. In Mavericks though, the software can't remember that - each time I switch to another app and back, it repositions everything on the same screen. I was able to fix that by turning off "Displays have separate Spaces” in the system preferences.
That solves the CS-Problem, but what happens now is that the menu bar and the dock are only on one of the monitors. So the question is, is there a way to have the menu bar and dock on both monitors without turning "Displays have separate Spaces” back on?
Thanks,
Ben
