Im running 4.3.1 with a jailbreak and the last few weeks I am having a lot of little problems. Home button does not work always, bad reception, lost signals, wi-fi signal loss etc. Anyone having this trouble? Is there a more Stable jailbreak?

Which jailbreak method did you use? I am jailbroken on 4.3.3 using the Redsn0w jailbreak and all is working great. It's even an untethered jailbreak.
You may just end up having to do a restore and jailbreak again, in which case I suggest updating to the current firmware (iOS 4.3.3) in the process and jailbreak using the current Redsn0w release.

trying to remember the jailbreak. It was the first one dev team came out with for 4.3.1. And I just realized I have this post in the wrong forum, it should be in the iphone hacks forum. I had another problem today. My phone rang and I could not slide to answer. I had to wait for the phone to stop ringing and then hit the home button to clear and then try again to slide.
