Hi guys,

Say so I just got my new retina Ipad and had a question regarding photos. So ive had my iphone 4 and 5 so am familiar with rue retina images that take up the actual resolution of the phone, but ive been trying to find retina images for the ipad and even the apps that don’t just say retina, but ipad retina don’t look close to taking up the whole resolution. Some even say something close to 102x1024 or something… how can I find images that are true retina images or better yet, how would I define an actual retina Ipad image? Is it just that its soo new still? Would it be easier to make my own, and if so would I have to start with a much higher res image and then crop to exact image of ipad…

Thank You!!

Hey there,

iPad 3 and 4 have this resolution.
So, you'd search for images with that resolution if you want not only "perfect aspect ratio" but also good quality.

A twitter account I found recently might be a good resource, or well, just google.
