Problems with Apple Mail

Up until today my Apple Mail has been working fine. I have three accounts on it, my gmail, my University of Iowa Account, and my MoblieMe account. Then today all the sudden they stopped working. My University of Iowa account has a little circle with a triangle inside it next to it and my gmail keeps on asking me for my password and then tells me that google is rejecting my password. Anybody know what's going on here?
